Forget about using your router to disconnect your printer for the Canon Printer Offline issue. After that, reattach it to your printer. Connecting both using a USB wire is recommended. Instead, you can create a connection by accessing the WiFi Wizard Setup window on your printer when it is wirelessly connected to your internet network. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer once the Wi-Fi light starts to blink.
